Customer service is our paramount concern. Unlike other appraisal firms who require you to log on for updates or for a copy of your appraisal, we personally contact you throughout the process, therefore saving you on your follow up time. We keep you in constant communication with emailed updates confirming receipt of your request and inspection dates. Once completed, we email you a copy of the report in either a PDF, ACI, or UAD compliant XML format.
Though we must remain impartial within the appraisal process, we recognize that upon your request we become part of your team. We understand that while we are in the field, we are representing you to your client. It is with this philosophy that we continue to work hand in hand as fee and review appraisers with Mortgage Brokers, Investors, Direct Lenders, Developers, Attorneys, Accountants, Civil Agencies and Private Parties, on a variety of appraisal assignments.

With University approved professors on staff, we actively work with OREA licensed trainees, and have even offered Real Estate Appraisal Instruction through the California State University of Northridge, helping others to achieve their dream of becoming an appraiser.
